Paul Cagle
Chief Executive Officer
Paul has served as owner and CEO of KingsClean since 1999. He brings extensive experience in the conception, implementation, training and roll out for new clients. He serves as team lead on consulting engagements.
With a focus on revolutionizing the cleaning industry, Paul is a pioneer in the development of Intelligent Cleaning for Health, continuously reinventing TKOS to better serve current and future clients.
Paul earned his bachelors degree in business administration from Ole Miss in 1994 and earned a masters degree in theological studies from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis. He is a member of the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE), IFMA and TASBO. Paul loves FFFN (Forced Family Fun Night) with his family, golf, hunting and his Ole Miss Rebels.
Dan Maldonado
Chief Financial Officer
Dan Maldonado joined KingsClean in 2023 as financial controller and now serves as Chief Financial Officer. He specializes in technical accounting and empowers his team of HR, AR, and AP specialists to take ownership of their duties. Dan’s leadership has fostered an efficient and productive corporate team.
Dan graduated from the University of Houston Downtown with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He previously served as fixed asset accountant for Whole Foods Market, Inc. and later joined ABM Industries as general ledger accountant.
He enjoys being outdoors and spending time with his grandson and family.
Greg Lookabaugh
Business Development
Greg brings years of experience working with educational institutions to his leadership role at KingsClean. He has developed training programs with customized curricula for maintenance, operations and support departments.
He holds a bachelor of science degree in engineering and industrial technology. Greg has led highly qualified teams to provide facility consulting in departmental operational reviews, training, facility design and construction management assistance, and facility maintenance and operations management. Greg is a life member of the Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO) and is a two time board member of the Custodial Management Association of Texas (CMAT). In 1981 he received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy.
