This award is presented to building service providers which have undergone a stringent ManageMen Progress Audit and earned at least an 80% or higher. A facility that earns this award is successfully managing their OS1 Cleaning Program. Our most recent audit produced a score of 93%! This was the highest score of any Building Service Contractor in the U.S. in 2007.
